HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — William Bundy, formerly executive vice president of Trendway
Corp., has been promoted to president, the office furniture maker said.
Bundy replaced Mark Groulx, who resigned as president to pursue other interests, Trendway announced Wednesday.
“Bill has a unique talent of being able to relate with a great amount of sincerity to people at all different levels and in all different functions,” Don Heeringa, Trendway’s chairman and chief executive officer, told The Holland Sentinel. “He’s just as comfortable and productive talking to a welder in our shop as he is in entertaining a corporate president who’s visiting here.”
Bundy joined the company in April 2002 as vice president of its office panels business. He was promoted to executive vice president in October 2012.
Trendway, based in Ottawa County’s Holland Township, has about 325 employees.
