Question: How long have you been in the furniture rental business?


Answer: Nineteen years. Our 12,000-square-foot building has been a furniture store for 35 years.

Q: What do want people to know about renting furniture?

A: Rent-to-own is a very affordable way to buy complete sets of furniture, paying off living room and dining room sets gradually. Many people assume rental furniture is always used and abused, but we offer brand new items straight from the manufacturer as well as pre-owned items.

Q: How current is your selection of furniture?

A: We receive 10 groups of furniture every week. Realtors and builders come to us for furniture staging to help sell properties. If we have done our job, their property will sell within 30 to 60 days with our home staging and accessory packages.

Q: What is something unusual about your business?

A: We provide furniture for big-name venues at the Budweiser Event Center, turning their locker rooms into lounge areas. Fire victims are often recipients of our furniture and housewares. Insurance companies call us one day, and the next day we have completely set up the home. We also service many college students, and interior decorators buy from us frequently.

Q: Are most of your customers from Fort Collins?

A: We serve the tri-city area, (Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland) and have customers from Denver, Dillon and Cheyenne. We are the largest consignment used furniture store in the Fort Collins area, selling rent-to-own, new and used furniture.
