HONG KONG — Decca Holdings said it expects to close its acquisition of U.S. upholstered furniture maker Classic Gallery in early May.
Decca said it has signed a binding agreement to buy substantially all the assets of the High Point-based manufacturer from Charles Greene.
Greene will continue as president of the business, to be called Decca Classic Upholstery.
Decca said its subsidiaries Decca Hospitality Furnishings, Bolier and Co. and Decca Contract Furniture are expected to benefit from the acquisition, reducing lead times and minimizing cost for U.S. customers.
