One of Australia’s largest furniture manufacturers, Sarajane Furniture, is looking to expand its operations in Cowra.

The company, Intraba Pty Ltd, currently has an application before Cowra Shire Council for an additional shed to its already large complex in William St.

The application focuses on modernisation, upgrade and expansion of an existing shed on land owned by Intraba in William St.

It involves the demolition of an existing shed, concrete areas and double garage already on the premises, with the construction of a new metal clad building.

According to the application, the proposed new development will be limited to smaller scale cabinet making operations, packing, storage and dispatch of the finished products.
